OBJECTIVES

To satisfy community preventive needs and medical services, with equity, quality, and warmth.
To provide consultations for general medicine, odontology, psychology, nutrition, optometry, and specialized; alternative medicine, prevention, and promotion of health programs, drugstores, and basic laboratories.
Ensure the participation of all social and political actors in the community.
Encourage community collaboration for comprehensive and coordinated care.
Promote education and health awareness to improve daily habits and people´s lifestyles.
Offer the population other projects that help improve their life quality and improve their health conditions

TYPES OF CEMPI

CENTER FOR INTEGRAL PREVENTIVE MEDICINE BASIC LEVEL:

For localities of less than 10,000 inhabitants, it will have general medicine services, nursing, alternative medicine, odontology, and pharmacy. Other tools such as telemedicine, information systems, and, electronic records.

CENTER FOR INTEGRAL PREVENTIVE MEDICINE INTERMEDIATE LEVEL:

For those localities of 10,000 to 50,000 inhabitants, they will have general medicine services, nursing, alternative medicine, odontology, psychology, and pharmacy. Other tools such as telemedicine, information systems, and electronic records.

CENTER FOR INTEGRAL PREVENTIVE MEDICINE HIGH LEVEL:

For localities with more than 50,000 inhabitants, they will have general medicine services, nursing, alternative medicine, odontology, psychology, nutrition, optometry, laboratory, and pharmacy. Other tools such as telemedicine, information systems, and electronic records.

CUSTOMIZED CENTER FOR INTEGRAL PREVENTIVE MEDICINE:

We perform according to the previous feasibility diagnostic when providing special services or meeting specific needs for localities with different population conditions.
Tools such as telemedicine, information systems, and electronic records (BASIC CEMPI 1 AND 2, HEMODIALYSIS, ETC.)

ACTION SCHEME

START-UP OF THE PROJECT:

The CEMPI project is part of the health chain that has coverage in all 32 states of the Mexican Republic. Two responsible units are required:

The regulatory body responsible for defining the aspects governing the proper operation of the center, Congregación Mariana Trinitaria.
The Council is an executing body responsible for taking specific actions for implementation.
