Where are CMT’s offices and representatives located?

Our main offices are in Oaxaca de Juárez City. However, most of our processes are carried out online, so we can assist you from anywhere. It is also important to mention that we do not have offices or representatives in any other state.

How can I identify a fake profile impersonating Congregación Mariana Trinitaria (CMT)?

You can identify a fake profile by checking the following points:
• CMT’s official profiles always use the handle @congregacionMT.
• CMT’s official profiles always include our logos and institutional colors.
• We do not ask for personal information or payments through social media.
• Our official profiles are linked from our website, which you can find at www.cmt-global.org/es/redes_sociales.

What should I do if I find a fake CMT profile on social media?

We recommend ignoring any communication attempts from the fake profile and reporting it directly to the social media platform where you found it.

Does CMT request payments through social media or direct messages?

No. Congregación Mariana Trinitaria does not request payments through social media, WhatsApp, or any other unofficial channels. All of our support is managed through our authorized and certified service desks.

What information should I avoid sharing if someone contacts me claiming to be from CMT?

Never share personal information, such as account numbers, banking details, addresses, or personal IDs, with someone claiming to be from CMT unless you are sure it is an official channel.

What social issues does Mariana Trinitaria address with its programs?

Our Wellbeing Ecosystem Model addresses social issues such as food insecurity, dignified housing spaces, basic services, access to social security, educational lag, among others, as measured by CONEVAL.
