In order to operate the programs of the Ecosystem Model of Welfare CMT, two different services are offered to encourage the participation of people from public, social, or private sectors:

It is a type of management that allows CMT to work directly with people who are looking for solutions to different problems that they may found in their communities. Community groups must be organized to access to the different modalities that the Ecosystem Model of Welfare CMT offers:

It is a type of management that offers guarantees and support in areas such as law, administration and finances to assist public, private and social sectors to develop projects related to health; welfare; environmental, rural, economic, and community development with the purpose of surpassing their goals (over 30%) through donations provided by CMT using different investment models based on resources and co-investments. This option offers two modalities:

  1. Public or social works
  2. Public or social works with direct delivery, fixed asset and other acquisitions related to social issues.
